Managing Director of Mike Frost & Associates a consultancy specialising in education and training with special expertise in the post-compulsory and senior secondary area. Previously Project Manager with the Tasmanian Department of Education responsible for the successful establishment of the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority, the new Tasmanian Certificate of Education and the delivery of the 10 day international conference Leading Lifelong Learning in 2005. Led the successful introduction of vocational education and training in Tasmanian Colleges through the TRAC model through the 1990s and was founding Executive Officer for VETnetwork Australia.
