People should be happy and safe at work. That's why I do what I do: develop worker safety training programs that meet OSHA requirements and train managers on how to supervise and encourage their staff. I believe in what I do and that's reflected in the caring environment I've help build at all the businesses where I've worked. It's good business too - it's much cheaper to retain the workers you have than to hire and train new staff.
