As the Enterprise Architect for Formulation for JPL's Concept Shop and Foundry programs, the business capture organization for the Laboratory, I collaborate with program office management and engineering teams on the development of a suite of new study management and model-based design and analysis capabilities to support space mission concepts and designs. In my leadership role I am guiding a holistic approach to 鈥渂usiness transformation鈥� based on stakeholder needs, culture, budget, operational practices and processes, data and information standardization, and the infusion of modern information technologies.
