I have over 30 years of diverse experience in the field of broadcast engineering and wireless telecommunications. My main focus is on Wireless and Broadcast Systems Architectures and Network Topologies to enable converged usage scenarios and efficient use of spectrum in a Next Generation Broadcast Platform and Broadcast Standard for the USA. In (2006 - 2009) in partnership with Samsung Electronics, Digital Media R&D Center, Suwon-City, Korea, I helped propose and to demonstrate the first viable Mobile DTV system to broadcasters and the ATSC for consideration as a backward compatible enhancement of the ATSC A/53 DTV standard.
