A summer without a paying job showed me the way.
I used it to volunteer at events which led me to focus on event management during my Music and Media Management studies. Since then I have been working at various events—being managed and managing. My specific experience from volunteering and managing volunteers resulted in Bachelor’s Thesis on volunteer management at a festival.
