As a child, Miles grew up spending hours each week in the electronics department at Wal-Mart and begging his parents to take him to Radio Shack. He carried a briefcase to elementary school and played (alot) with electric typewriters. He grew up to study how people learn to use things.
He now applies his empathy for people and passion for Design to make a difference in human lives, by creating usable, useful, and desirable technology.
