I have 13 + years of diverse experience in the area of Core HR. viz. Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Employee Motivation, etc in the IT, ITES, Pharma & Manufacturing Sectors. Also, I had been responsible for the QMS activities.
Before taking up my current assignment; I was associated with Indus Towers Ltd and Viom Networks Limited, was handling the HR for Gujarat & Rajasthan.
