I love this life!
Born in San Luis Obispo CA, my family moved to Sacramento when I was 7. I played little league and Babe Ruth baseball. Then on my 15th birthday my sister gave me The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's album and my life would never be the same. For the next 15 years I played music and to make a living was in the landscape gardening business. I finally went to college in my late 20s and completed several degrees by my 40th, including a teaching credential. I have been teaching middle school since 1996, and have been involved in my local teachers' union since 1999. My personal interests are varied, but I enjoy hiking, wine-tasting, reading, music, and driving my Z-4.
