Mimz graduated in 1995 and is a licensed Civil Engineer with 10 years of experience in structural design engineering work, 2 years鈥� experience in construction management, and 4 years cross-cultural emergency relief and rehabilitation project interventions.
Mimz started to get involved in Christian ministry in 1999, joining cross-cultural short missions trip to remote provinces for exposure and assists medical team, followed by volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity Philippines.
In 2006, she considered to take Bible and community development course after a six month volunteer with Habitat for Humanity in shelter development for informal urban settlers.
