Job Description Summary:
- Processing inquires and complaints by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company business.
- Following up with Service department staff to submit their reports and any information/data requested by the General Manager on time.
- Determines who can handle the inquiry & satisfy the customer's reason for calling if possible.
- Gather research information and data from available sources to assist service engineers in offering best services to customers
