I’ve moved a step closer towards my main goal , currently I’ve been transferred to SEHA’s Corporate office to handle my new position with the Group CEO Office – Excellence Department to handle a new scope of tasks and projects as a Policy & Quality Improvement officer , a role that is a mixture between my education and work experience , I’m handling upon a great team the establishment and document control in maintaining QMS in addition to Organizational development projects related to performance , Talent and Recognition systems to achieve Governmental Excellence
