Mohamed El Kamel has assumed several positions in Alshanek ya Balady since joining its team in 2008. He began as a Social Marketing Coordinator, then moved on to become a Project Manager, handling one of AYB鈥檚 largest projects in 2009. He progressed rapidly until he became Programs Manager in 2010, remarkably undertaking the responsibility of AYB鈥檚 various development programs. With his track record with the organization, he was promoted to assume the position of AYB鈥檚 Programs Director and Strategist in 2011, and finally become AYB's first Managing Director in 2013.
