At the age of 17 years, I took the challenge of project management of building my family home. From that experience, I learned an important strategy which was to collaborate and make friends with both workers and market vendors. I was then able to obtain the best prices and win the loyalty of the workers so I could complete our home on time and within budget. I went on to become an accountant and carry these skills into the workplace.
