About
I earned my BSc and MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering from Alexandria University in 2003 and 2007, and I earned my PhD degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech University in 2012. The diversity of my undergraduate and postgraduate studies in both electrical and computer engineering branches qualifies me to teach various courses in both fields and investigate interdisciplinary research areas.
Currently, I’m working as an assistant professor in the Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University. My research interests include Cyber-Physical Security, Hardware and Embedded System Design, FPGA Prototyping, and System-on-Chip Interconnect Design.
