One of the most pivotal moments of my life was when my Dad gave me the whale sound recordings out of National Geographic Magazine when I was six years old. I've had a huge thing for large marine mammals ever since. In addition to cetaceans & cephalopods, my favorite things are the ocean, tree-climbing, inner tubing, otter watching, live music, and listening to the stories of my elders.
