I'm a hard working person, who has high motivation to push projects to success even if the project is hardly fitting the deadlines. I usually prepare for the worst case scenario and this helps me see upcoming obstacles sooner than others. This helps me to prepare as much as possible and count with non optimal scenarios as well. I believe, that with enough motivation failure is not an option. I dare to make decisions and face the consequences / admit if I made a wrong decision and learn from that. I believe that success is not achieved by one man, but real success is a team's success.
