My career of 29+ years is about leading teams as a social development expert, entrepreneur, academician, and young activist to help my teams claim new grounds.
Currently, as a member of the executive leadership team of BRAC, one of the world鈥檚 largest non-government organisations, I am leading five teams. My teams are working to establish policy advocacy as a second service line, mainstream design thinking, ensure industry 4.0 readiness, facilitate overseas jobs for Bangladeshi youth, and build a trusted partnership with the government.
My personal goal is to bring transformational change in the life of 130+ million people across 12 countries and enjoy every bit of the journey!
