Chris is an ICT manager with a warm feeling for the coaching of persons and teams in their transition to new ways of working, technologies and methodologies.
During his career, he acquired technical and managerial experience in the domains of Computer Based Training, Web Based Applications and J2EE Based Applications. He also briefly joined a Critical Process Team that introduced Business Process Management, Life-Cycle Management, Auditing and Quality Assurance in the IT Department of the Belgian Defense. Afterwards, Chris assured the positions of Chief Architect and IT manager at the Belgian General Headquarters.
