Mostafa M. Fouda received his Ph.D. in Applied Information Sciences in 2011 from Tohoku University, Japan. He received B.Sc. with honors in Electrical Engineering, and M.Sc. in Electrical Communications from Benha University, Egypt, in 2002 and 2007, respectively. He has been serving at Faculty of Engineering at Shoubra, Benha University, Egypt, since 2002, and in May 2011, he was promoted to the position of a Lecturer (equivalent to Asst. Professor). He also served as an Assistant Professor at Graduate School of Information Sciences (GSIS), Tohoku University, Japan, from February 2013 to March 2014.
