I have strong technical knowledge and practical experience about PC trouble shooting regarding hardware & software (Win XP/Win7/8). As a experienced IT professional keeping broad based background in electronics and technical support, networking and computer maintenance. Ability to manage/troubleshoot the desktops, laptops, printers, scanner, UPS & other devices in the network.
I am also expert to repair hardware equipment up to component level repair and have experience to manage IT workshop.
I am also trained and skill to install SAP on Pc clients ,configured & trouble shoot SAP’s PM(Plant maintenance) module (PM notification, Purchase request, Material request)
