• Form filling, feeding, card issuing.
• Confirm new employee after completion of probationary period.
• Finalize employee’s attendance.
• Finalize over time.
• Employee’s deduction, fine and charges.
• Leave application, leave record.
• Short leaves. (Personal and official).
• Employee’s transfer, promotion, and termination and issue their respective letters.
• Employee’s increment and issue increment latter.
• Resignation cases generate full and final.
