o This company is engaged & supplying of automotive Fuel, Oil & Air filters in domestic and OEM customers. Basically
it is Italian based organization join ventured with Indian company with TS 16949:2009 certification.
Major Customers are:
o 4  Wheelers: Ford, Renault, Mahindra & Mahindra, Fiat, TATA & Jaguar and Land Rover
o 2  Wheelers: TVS, Bajaj, Royal Enfield, Honda, MTW & HMSI
o 3  Wheelers: TVS & Piagio etc,.
Role:
 Responsible for Power train segment:
o Streamlining the ASQE activities of all New & upcoming projects 4 wheeler, 3 Wheelers & 2 wheelers
o Supporting the commodity buyers in Supplier Panel Management
o Conducting project kick-off meetings in collaboration with project buyer with supplier
o Pre-production audits, Run at rate audits @ supplier end for critical components.

o Ensure all product requirements as per DV/PV plans
 Handling activities related to:
o Implementation of SIP  Supplier Improvement Program at selected vendors
o Planning and execution of supplier audits as per Groups purchasing process and follow-up actions

o Regular training to suppliers on PPAP, 8D, customer specific requirements & problem solving techniques
