In April 2014, I started @ Senior Living Group as FINANCIAL CONTROLLER for the Brussels Hub. Together with a team of bookkeepers, I’m responsible for the financial management of the CARE HOMES (avg 1.150 beds); reporting directly to the group CFO.
Besides, I’m acting as sparring partner to the Care Home Directors & Operational Management of the Brussels region.
My objectives are to bring Finance & Operations closer to each other and ensure that financial language (and the related goals) is understandable by the Operational Team.
