My research especially focuses in the field of e-commerce especially on factors affecting trust, purchase intentions on the web, website characteristics, and adoption of e-commerce. Earlier my doctoral research explored the factors affecting trust in e-commerce. This research used both qualitative research techniques and quantitative techniques such as structural equation modeling to test a model.
