Volunteer Dress Code:
             Black Cocktail Attire
Ladies: What does this mean?
     Black dress or skirt (at least
      knee-length)
     Black dress slacks (full-
      length). No
      khakis, capris, shorts.
     Blouses or button down
      shirts. No polo or t-shirts.
     Formal flats or sensible heels
      - You will mostly be on your
      feet. No boots, mules or
      sandals.

mean?

   Solid color long
    sleeve, button-up shirt
    with a tie. No polo or t-
