Convergence to me it is the right word to describe the evolution of Market Research / Market Consulting Industry.
We used to ask consumers/clients/users about what they expect and base our recommendations on what they SAY.
Now we are able to analyse their behaviour (for instance thanks to data collected via webanalytics or loyalty cards) and base our recommendations on what they DO.
Working every day to make the most of diverse data collection methodologies to deliver the best consulting and contribute little by little to brand-new converging methods is my challenge.
