I am a PhD candidate (Aug 2017) working in semiconductor and nanotechnology arena focusing on material growth, characterization, and device fabrication based on 'Functional Metal Oxides', and 'Organometallic Perovskites' for improved performances in the fields of electronics, optics, and renewable energy.
Having background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering mixed with experience of working in an international R&D company, my goal is to be a professional in semiconductor research and processing industry.
