Prior to that held the posts of Director Knowledge Management and Sharing Department at WHO/HQ. Before that worked as Information Scientist, Regional Advisor for Health Information Management and Telecommunication and Coordinator for Knowledge Management and Sharing at the WHO Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office since February 1988.
