I have the best job in the world. I am either helping individuals or huge teams in corporations to cope with transitions, traumas or changes in their lives. I get to work globally either remotely or on site in so many countries and within so many different cultures. Since the year 2000 I have had the privilege of working with some of the world鈥檚 largest corporations, helping teams adapt to changes brought about by outsourcing, mergers, acquisitions or large software implementations.
