Sport has always been a massive part of my life ever since I started practice Track&Fieldl at the age of ten.
I have taken a Bachelor Degree on Sport Coaching with the prize for being the 3rd best student (Sport Sciences School of Rio Maior), I鈥檓 in the 1st year of two on Master in High Performance Training (Faculty of Human Kinetics), I have the Portuguese level 2 in Athletics Coaching (2012) and the Portuguese level 1 in Adapted (Disability) Sports Coaching (2014) attributed by Portuguese Athletics Federation.
In 2006 I have taken the Portuguese level 1 in Athletics Coaching and in 2008 I started giving my first steps as a coach, being part of my Academic Training Secondary, with chi.
