Nancy holds a graduate degree in Health Services Administration from Dalhousie University and has over 20 years of experience in Ontario’s health care system.
Since joining the Ontario Long Term Care Association in 2002, she has worked with key health care sector, Ministry, LHIN, HQO and consumer stakeholders on public policy solutions impacting performance and quality of care in Ontario's LTC homes. She has represented OLTCA at provincial and pan-Canadian policy and evaluation tables on sector quality and performance improvement, best practices in care, stroke evaluation, Alzheimers, elder abuse, ICP & pandemic planning.
