Seasons
I dream of winters far away
The snow drifts of tomorrows today
Dizzying swirls of delicate white
Here to greet the dark of night.
I dream of springs that’s yet to come
Marching in to silent drums
Blossom on the branch reveals
passing of the winter’s veil
I dream of summers long forgotten
Like fruits in summer’s heat gone rotten
Thirsting under the suns long gaze
I won’t regret wasting horrid summer days.
I dream of falls that’s here to stay
Under brilliant skies of gray.
Colorful storms of leaves so artful,
I’ve never seen another season so beautiful.
