Making Mobility Work is my motto. I'm passionate about customizing solutions for international labour mobility, mainly in my role as director of Expertise in Labour Mobility (ELM). I hold extensive knowledge on what makes people internationally employable through assignments for large and medium-sized corporate clients and higher education institutions across the globe. With the double-sided knowledge on what makes people and organisations mobile, I work with the ELM team on enhancing the connection between graduates and expats and their international job opportunities. I combine my work for ELM with my role as Director Client Services Europe for i-graduate – a leading benchmarking orga.
