Hi! I have worked in education reform for the last 13 years. I currently work as the Director, Instructional Improvements on the Network Leadership Development team at the KIPP Foundation. My key strengths are in strategic planning, design, systems creation, and hiring and coaching teachers. I have coached over 150 teachers during my career. Prior to joining KIPP I helped to co-found the Rocky Mountain Prep charter network in Denver, CO.
