As a professional REALTOR, I serve many functions, but perhaps the most important is my role as primary negotiator on your behalf. I’ve been trained in special negotiating techniques. I realize your goal is to sell your home as quickly as possible and for the most money possible, and will work closely with you during the negotiation process to reach this goal.
I also bring to the process the knowledge and skills to draw up legally binding contracts (which I will explain clearly to you), to assist in negotiating offers and counter-offers, and to offer a sounding board of advice as we work to get your home sold.
