I am a Certified Leadership Coach, trained to PCC level with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and am a fully CIPD qualified HR professional with extensive experience enabling success for individuals, teams and organisations. I have built my career around roles which enable others to succeed and I am passionate about inspiring possibilities in individuals, teams, organisations and society in general. I have a passion for maximising the potential of others and am driven by a fascination in the excellence that can be achieved when strengths are discovered, nurtured, refined and stretched.
