I have strong capabilities in providing training either face-to-face or online (e.g through Webex), and I also have excellent communication skills with clients. My client portfolio have included both locals, ranging from high profile customers (central bank, banks, financial institutions) to small sized companies, and foreign entities. I had 17 years of experience in dealing with clients based in Sub-saharan Africa, and nearly thirty years as a whole in servicing clients.
