About
My primary research interests lie in the field of rangeland ecology. The majority of my research has focused on post-wildfire revegetation and ecosystem resilience to disturbance. In particular, I have investigated mechanistic plant responses to seedbed and root zone climate conditions that indicate the potential for future seedling establishment. I have also used GIS (Geospatial Information Systems) techniques to detect woodland invasion and have investigated revegetation on drastically disturbed lands from oil shale mining.
