About
Designing new antibody-drug-conjugates for oncology and related applications. Primary responsibilities include:
1) Synthesis and characterization of ADCs containing novel payloads.
2) Maintaining and expanding the bioanalytical capabilities of our conjugation team.
3) Identifying and solving ADC stability issues.
4) Optimization of site-specific conjugation platform
5) Tracking the SAR of ADCs in order to optimize potency, stability, exposure, efficacy and safety.
