I take pride in my passion of working with and assisting people in the areas of mind, body, health and wellness.
I am a Life Coach, Nutritional Health Coach, a nutritional educator and an inspirational and motivational communicator. I work one on one and small groups, I use a number integrative modalities in my approach with clients to empower them so they can reach their full potential and to bring balance, flow, harmony and joy in their lives.
As a passionate and dynamic person, I am devoted to share wellness for people at all levels of their life. The foundation of my coaching work is based on conscious awareness, personal growth and self love.
