I have a lot of experience in client interaction from CEO to the lowest users, with 28 years experience in the ICT and Telecommunication field and the last 22 years in various management disciplines e.g. Technical, Operations, Service Delivery. At Gijima I was responsible for Service Delivery and Contract Management as well as the SDM function for a number of NEC's biggest annuity clients. I have recently been appointed as Manager: Service Management at MTN Business in the Client Services Department
