With more than 17 years of experience in the IT industry that started with HCL Tech back in 1999, my current set of responsibilities as Agile Scrum SAFe Consultant & Coach are as follows:
o Implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across multiple BUs in the organization
o Setting up teams to work in Agile, Scrum and XP and target the Program level goal of an Agile Release Train (ART) setup for a cadence
o Train and coach the starting teams for the PI Planning and I & A Meetings every Program Increment (PI)
o Work with Tools team to customize TFS so that SAFe processes can be aligned
o Capturing the maturity of Agile Teams and work on a roadmap for their transformation
