Provides full day-to-day HR support to approximately 100 employees including, employee relations, payroll, benefits, employee development and engagement and ensuring adherence to company's policies and procedures.
Partners with each business head to proactively identify needs and solutions in the areas of talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training and development, retention, engagement and on-boarding and works with each business unit to implement the solutions.
