I am a 29 year old professional, working as a Mainframe Applications Consultant/Developer and Agile Practitioner for a Danish bank. My job is to understand Bank's IT Business requirements in the area of Capital Markets and convert them into IT Solutions to help them make strategic decisions and gain a competitive edge, all within Agile framework. I have spent 8 years in IT Industry in different verticals. Over these years, I have developed a good understanding of Capital Markets, USA Health Insurance and UK Pensions market.
