We monitor, assess, analyse and report risk information to our clients so that they can make fully informed executive decisions. We propose fully integrated mitigation strategies and implement solutions across all levels of the organisation, allowing business leaders to focus on their core business. Our process involves all or some of the following: Client engagement Understanding your organisation, how it works and your strategic objectives Risk & threat analysis Identifying and quantifying risks & threats to the business Data & gap analysis identifying the organisations capability is in relation to needs and compliance Mitigation planning development of a strategy in line with organisational risk appetite Policy, plans & procedures Development of corporate documentation to drive the strategy Implementation We implement strategies across the entire organisation in line with the strategy Training & development Ensuring all levels of the organisation are trained to fulfil their roles Review & update Continually reviewing the strategy as the risk environment develops Independent audits Carrying out spot checks on individual locations to ensure standards are met The Problem Hypothesis Business leaders are often drawn away from their core business objectives by the need to deal with detracting internal or external issues.
