This tour guide will show the process of making pavlova at Cowell's factories. The recipe includes egg whites, sugar, vinegar, vanilla, and an emulsifier that is whipped and baked in specialized ovens. Once baked, the pavlovas are graded, packaged, labeled, and distributed to shops around New Zealand for customers to enjoy the work of the factory staff.

3. Here is our recipe. We can¡¯t tell you our recipe but we do put in: Egg white Sugar Vinegar Vanilla Emulsifier (339)
4. STEP 2: We whip the egg white and add the sugar. We shape the pavlovas using specially designed equipment and bake them in purpose built, computer controlled ovens.
5. STEP 3: Once the pavlovas are ready we label the packaging and grade and pack the pavlovas.
