For 8 years since the beginning of my PhD, I have carried out studies focus on mechanistic analysis of protein interactions in Fas-induced apoptotic and NF-kB signaling pathways aiming to develop new therapeutic prospects for the treatment of immune disorders and inflammatory diseases.
I have extremely good knowledge and skills of engineering and characterizing human, mouse and insect cells by using MACS, FACS, ELISA, and other molecular techniques. Especially, I have developed strong expertise in lentiviral gene transduction to stably knock-down and overexperss proteins in primary and culture cells.
