- Manage English CA team, distribute and arrange jobs for each CA.
- Actively look for new clients and seek for job orders
- Execute job orders as the standard timeframe
- Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews, send shortlists to clients
- Arrange interviews for client & candidates
- Follow up on interview status with both clients and candidates and provide feedbacks to both parties
- Assist client with job placement
