I am a dedicated individual with a strong drive to make a positive impact on those around me. Kai Zen is my adopted philosophy and I strive to practice this in all aspects of my personal and professional life.

Leadership – providing direct leadership, support and mentoring to teams of up to 12 people, and shared supervision and management of another 130 staff persons in several departments.
