After 30 years of combined police and fire experience, I decided to help the men and women in public safety and the armed forces work through work related stress and trauma. There is an accumulative psychological, emotional, physical and personal price that our public safety and military personnel often pay to keep our communities and the world safe. The families of these brave men and women often feel hopeless or powerless to help their loved ones suffering from work-related stress, struggle with vicarious exposure to trauma, and the negative behaviors exhibited by their first responder partners with PTSD.
